Left them a small service wash - a few pairs of underpants, one pair of socks, a vest and a long-sleeved t-shirt; they managed to lose the t-shirt. They said they would look for it but I was leaving the country the next day so that wasn't going to help; no compensation offered. They also failed to clean a small, easily cleaned mark (from double cream) off a tie, so I'll have to get it cleaned again. Use at your own risk.
