        I used to shop at Artisan Du chocolat a lot and then moved ...so went online. My experience with their online sales is awful. I ordered Choclates for my elderly father in Yorkshire in mid December - the website took the money immediately and they still have not been delivered. In addition they help number under contact us does not work and as yet - some 2 weeks after Christmas - they have not refunded me
