Worked for the company a few years back and was involved with some very big projects. Based in the office dealing with clients and the crews and as much as everyone has an off day, most work was done to a standard that led to some great feedback and referrals. If there was an issue, it was dealt with as a priority, not left at the bottom of the pile, which I believe is all that can be reasonably expected from anyone. Left on good terms and keep in touch to this day.
