E16 Health - Pontoon Dock

Called to get a repeat prescription. Was told to order it on the Dr IQ App which was not possible. So called back again and spoke to Jade. This girl or woman sounded like she was not bothered in anyway whatsoever to deal with my prescription. She was adamant that I could not order a prescription over the phone even after I told her I have done so twice in the last 4/5 months. She was rude, abrupt and totally unprofessional!!! How she has a job in a clinic only god knows. Most of the people I have spoken to in this Clinic are decent people that show care. But this one person will tarnish the whole clinic with her unprofessional, uneducated and rude behaviour! I want to ask the Clinic Manager why would you employ such a person that has no care, empathy or a certain level of understanding in this position?

Really hard to get an appointment at any point (unless youre happy to wait 4 weeks for an appointment about your issue!). They tell you to ring at 8am to get an appointment that day but the phone line is always busy, and when you finally get through youre stuck in a queue above 30.

Its worst gp that I been ever. They never booked even if I have lot of problems with my health. I suggest to dont go no one with them.
