        I have rented from this location before, but will never do it again. Staff completely unequipped to deal with anything beyond the most basic situations. The second an even slightly non-standard issue occurs, theyre completely useless. Also, they seem to have a very tenuous grasp on the driving laws of their own country. As result of my interaction with staff this morning, Ive spent an hour searching the UK driving code for a mention of being unable to accept temporary American licenses and have found zero reference to the same. Thanks very much, Hertz LCY, for ruining part of our vacation. Never again. Please dont respond to me saying that you will use this experience for training purposes. By your other reviews its pretty evident that you will do no such thing.

        Horrible customer service, avoid this place at all costs. Representative just addressed me as "Brother", first time for me as a customer. Also: just forget about picking up a car there after 4pm. God forbid you land there at 5pm. Completely unacceptable for a so-called international airport.
