This company accepts orders for phones it doesnt have. Delivery dates arent met and wrong colour phones are sent, which has been my experience. I ordered an iPhone with a delivery date of "3-5 days". 3+ weeks and numerous excuses later, I cancelled the order. Despite cancelling, Smart Cellular sent me a phone in a colour I didnt order. Im still waiting for a refund. Smart Cellular appears to operate in blatant breach of The Consumer Rights Act 2015 by ignoring order cancellation requests, sending buyers phones that are not as described and not refunding within 14 days. Im pursuing Chargeback and have reported to Trading Standards. Buy from this company today and there's every chance you'll very soon regret it!
