Fantastic service and one of the best, professional crew that I have seen in any Car rental locations. Anas, Rizwan and everyone else int the crew are extremely professional and a delight to work with. I travel pretty out of my way to rent the cars from here because of the impeccable service and convenience in this location. With Avis Preferred, they make sure that my car is ready to go as soon as I arrive. Highly recommend this location and the crew here!

I wouldnt have thought Id rate a hire car company this high but honestly, the lads at the desk were super and gave very clear instructions on everything. They even walked us around to show us the various options of cars to help us choose whether we wanted an upgrade. Also, we took the car back early to avoid the London marathon and the process was very easy despite the office (and airport) being closed. We only got charged for the days we used which was also a nice surprise.

Pathetic reservation service by AVIS Car Hire. Booked for D&C on 29-April and no response from Customer Service after so many calls.

Vishnu! Great customer service. Easy pick up and drop off eveytime I use these guys. Well done to you all. Charges are explained fully and no extras.
