Don't use this company. Took payment for a job that they then couldn't guarantee. Rang to cancel for a leaky pipe and wanted to postpone for 4 days. STAY AWAY. They are also not local to your area, they operate everywhere. Can't tell you enough to stay away

Engineer arrived without knowing what he was installing, despite being sent all information and images prior. Of course he then needed a part to make it work as he wasnt qualified to wire it properly without. He told me they have the part in stock and they would not charge for the time to pick it up. Nice. Until I get the invoice with the part (worth 30 anywhere I could find) and received a 92 bill for the item which they bumped up to 42, a Material collection fee of 35 and then they added VAT to the total, bringing the total to over 230 for 30 mins work. If I had known he was just going to get another part to workaround I would have done it myself. This company is a scam.

Do not use this company. We are currently taking legal advice , contacting check a trader and warning all this is a cowboy, fraudulent and dishonest company. Three attempts to fit a small sink, they broke the actual part then charged us again to correct there errors. Leaving us feel like this is a typical plumbing con . We were stung for almost 500 pounds for a job that should have been half the price. Do not use this company!

We needed our heating fixed. Repifix were helpful, prompt and solved the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I went by the reviews on checkatrade and went for this company had I have checked the Google reviews I would of not called them I wanted to remove a radiator from one wall to the next wall a meter away,paid the deposit 132. it is for the first hr and if it goes over by wil bill me 100 per hr I was told it should not take more than 2 hrs I was told that its a 5 hr job and will have to pay 400 more and will have to call a carpet fitter to put all the carpet back , he also said he needs to go and get the copper pipes more time so I said no and called the company who didnt want to know so I got in touch with my bank and requested for a refund after sending invoice and proof of payment to the guy who stepped in to do the work that was very helpful and very professional in his work with many years of experience its so wrong to put up companies and builders on check a trade and rip customers off I got my full refund through my bank but if I left it to this bad company I would of been another victim and Im not throwing my hard earned cash for this they dont deserve it .
