Redrow - Pontoon Reach, Royal Docks

Beautiful home, ideal location and reasonable price for an apartment so central. The team at Redrow have been brilliant, although there were some delays completing, were now coming up to a year in our home and we love it!

Please dont buy properties from redrow, you will definitely regret. Pathetic services and response time. No one really care about the issues you face after you move in and you will need to waste your time, energy on follow up with them. There is no hot water, no heating in whole building in this much cold weather and redrow does not really care about it. I am expecting a baby on 29-Dec and mentioned this over the email and calls still no response from the redrow.

Never buy or rent in this building. Cancel your viewings! There are hot water and heating outages every single month and customer service go days without answering you. They have no accountability for this communal boiler which clearly doesnt work. We had no running water at all on the weekend with 50+ residents getting no response from Redrow whatsoever. They even disconnected their emergency line which should be ilegal. DO NOT LIVE IN THIS BUILDING.

Moving in a new built having load of snagging problems. I moved in May and I am still waiting for snags to be fixed! They have promised to change some windows which have condensation and I am still waiting them to change after they ordered the wrong windows several times or so they say! Secondly every time is raining there is a leak from the ceiling and I have to put a bowl on the floor not to get wet everywhere! Raised this a couple of months ago and its still not fixed! Besides all these we are left without hot water for days and during the weekend without water at all and this wasnt Thames water problem as I was down stairs talking to them when they said that someone closed the pipe in the building and the tank was empty! We have babies and pregnant woman in the building! Also imagine its winter! All the lies, problems and indifference is affecting our mental health! Not knowing who to contact when there is an emergency as no one answers! Its insane! I never believed that in 2022 in a developed country especially London something like this can happen!
