The receptionist needs changing, she has the grace and decorum of a rubbish truck tuned over. The dentist puts in place very unnecessary rules that just complicate things and wastes time. The whole place is small and can hardly fit 4 people in the waiting room. Its honestly a mess if I could give 0 stars, I would.

Have been coming to this dentist for 25+ years have seen a few staff come and go. But Iv always found them to be polite and very good. The current dentist is very nice. If you have a fear of the dentist tell the lady. She was more than helpful. Also Both receptionists I have met and spoken too have been polite and helpful. Five stars all the way. Thanks for a great service.

We booked an appointment many months advance, but the dentist rescheduled the appointment close to the date to a week earlier. We couldn't do it, due to my daughter being very sick and when we asked to change the date, we were given an option for February (another 3 months from the original appointment). The reception was not helpful at all and she is impossible to understand on the phone. We will look for another practice where they can communicate on basic levels at least.

Dont not use. Never a dentist here that stays, appointments 10 months apart. When you do finally get an appointment, youll go for a check up then wait another 10 months to have the work done. Shut the place down. Not worth the running costs!!!
