Had some kitchen renovation work done by Melner and couldn't recommended highly enough. Excellent work, friendly, good price and super efficient. Far exceeded my expectations, would definitely use again.

Melner Ltd are currently doing my side rear extension. I would very highly recommend them! I am using them as they were recommended to me and I was able to see an example of a similar build they had just finished. Quality of works, attention to detail, transparency on costs, as well as effective communication has made everything run very smoothly. In addition, there have been a number of times, better alternatives/options vs. the initial plans on internal design (which were done by a different company), have been suggested. This has made the overall extension better for the practical/living sense, as well as look and feel. The builders/ workers are extremely considerate - even taking off their shoes to use the toilet upstairs as I didn't want a portable loo in my front garden. I was provided a project plan so I know what stages of the build have been done and what is to come. In terms of invoicing, this happens when the materials have been bought and the work is done. It's well documented and I'm very easily able to reference each cost to the original quote. Nerijus (Nero) and his team are a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them!

Nero and his team were recommended to us by our architect and we could not be happier!!! They recently finished the side return on our house and it has completely transformed the back space to a dream living situation:) Nero met with us on numerous occasion to go over the plan, dates and even gave us a step by step schedule for the works with cost broken down against each step of the build. I am pleased to say that everything went to plan and finished on time, which hardly ever happens with big builds. The Melner team are great and I cannot recommend them enough!
