Really professiional and helpful company. Stuart in particular has been amazing in regards to : - 1- Friendly helpful techincal advice when purchasing 2 - Great after sales support on technical queries 3- When I had a fault with my unit it was resolved within a week of me sending 4- Happy to help whenever I call Will most definately use this company again for new purchases.

My partner bought me an Anbernic RG552 in the UK about a year ago. It arrived quickly and I used it when travelling whenever I could. When I moved countries and it broke, I thought that I wouldn't be able to do anything about it, but I gave DroiX a call anyway to see if we could work something out. Turns out they're very used to dealing with international customers, and they said they'd do the repair under warranty, all I had to do was cover shipping. A very smooth experience. My thanks to Stuart and Vikram and the rest of the team.
