I have partnered and worked with Pink Chalk a number of times and they are always extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. In my view, they strike an excellent balance of technical expertise and customer service. This is a very good IT MSP.

I work at Collab Group and PinkChalk have been amazing to us. Any questions/problems we have, they are always quick to help us solve the issues. Sometimes I feel silly for calling up about a minor issue but the team at PC are so lovely and patient, they never make you feel uncomfortable. They also talk you through what they're doing so you unintentionally learn which is an extra bonus if you're fascinated by IT related work. I highly recommend having them as your IT support provider.

Extremely helpful team that always seem to go above and beyond to help. A very professional firm who dealt with some of our trickiest problems in IT. As someone who wasnt very experienced they took the time to help me understand any issues and how they could be resolved. I never felt pressured to do something but was guided and assisted with making the correct decisions. As a firm we were always conscious about our budget but Pink Chalk really managed our requirements and needs as a matter of priority. Ive never regretted working with them. They were always at the end of the phone or replied to emails quickly and I felt we were their only client however they actually had far bigger clients to deal with than us. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
