        Went to buy some male hair products as forgot to bring mine as you do. My usual one wasnt there so opened it to check the consistency of it to get the closest to mine and got told i now have to buy it due to covid, how can he sell it due to covid! Would i buy it if someone had done the same, When i replied yes he started to get aggy. Whats the difference to picking up the packet and putting something back. Ladies behind desk both happy and welcoming just the guy has very poor customer service manners! My holiday buzz has now gone. Not what i would expect from a well known retailer.
