        Post office staff is unprofessional, came here from far they ask for original band statement to just check, with same online print statement other post office accept said nothing, will make and official complaint aswell.

        Went to apply for SIA badge, the guy at counter wouldnt accept my proof of address document saying they were copy when I explicitly told him they were original. The other post office accepted them

        Rude, arrogant and impolite staff.. Unhelpful.. Not bothered at all.. And the service is so slow.. Takes ages.. the lady at the counter was just not interested and terribly slow.. asked her for assistance but she was not bothered. Told me to go and check the stand. So was the man.. They always seem irritated and feel like they are doing a favour to the customers by just being there . I wonder how these people even get jobs when there are so many other who are willing to do the job with a smile.. will never go there again.. Would anytime prefer the North Harrow post office over this one.

        THIS POST OFFICE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED !!! They rob you charge you excessively for postage I was just charged 14 for 2 small letters first class signed for !!! NOT SPECIAL DELIVERY just 1st class signed for should have been 3.45 NOT 7.65 AND THEY OTHER ITEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN 2.35 NOT 6.85 what they are doing is illegal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
