      • Sadly incompetent - staff will go months without informing patients of any updates and when called out their excuse is 'not sure'. They will also try to charge patients extra without any right and will backtrack when questioned. There is no communication going on between staff, they don't keep track of cases; one person says one thing and someone else will say another. The glasses range is very unimpressive despite the ridiculous prices. I really regret coming here and I intend to move somewhere else. P.S. I don't know why there's someone replying to negative reviews on this page by asking to fill out a form so they can 'investigate'. We all know you won't do anything about it.
