Terrible experience. The first time I came to the clinic, the people I needed to see came 20 minutes late, which caused a delay. I was supposed to have another meeting with them when they called me as I was driving to cancel!

I was frustrated with ash tree clinic receptionist staff behaviour when I attended on date 29:04:22 staff threatening to report me to police once again confidence and trust is breached by CNWL saying they contact ambulance for cuts on my arms CNWL staff are Dishonest for considerable amount off time I have raised my concerns to CQC and complaints and it is CNWL responsibility to support and help those in mental health crisis not police in future u must not report it to police I requested your reception staff to contact CNWL Bentley House and provide me the directions not for u to report it to police not effective caring responsive well led safe at all

Had a first meeting in December and they still havent contacted me about a follow up. My life couldve gone so differently if they had just called back with an appointment date..
