        Prices are different than what's on the packaging for most of these products! They make them up on the spot! Avoid, better quality and better priced places are round the corner

        Only local place that does the gold balloons.. Great service. The wife is soooo friendly and knowledgeable and makes great suggestions. Can reserve online so ready for collection

        Worst customer service ever. Product was faulty, bought it and then just went in the car to check and went back, just 5 min. They did not wanted to refund or even exchange it. Would never recommend nor I am ever going back again. Rudest customer service ever.... They deserve 0 star..

        Went in to get a card for my Father In Law. Couple behind counter having a very heated row about their personal lives,very off putting so don't think I'll go back. Personal lives should be kept personal not for the whole shop to hear. This was on 27th November.
