        This staff started throwing our yodel parcel purposely on the floor An Asian staff aged around 50-60 Very rude manner And did it to one of my colleagues aswell when dropping parcel and will take it further with an follow up to yodel Have reported a complaint to yodel team

        They are supposed to be able to take collect+ items but refused to take my box as it would "get in the way". They claim they only take small boxes (despite the fact that they accepted one just the same size the day before). How can you provide a service for collect+ but be picky. The box was under the size that collect+ requests so they have no reason to refuse it. Disappointed. Won't be bringing these to you anymore.
