Had a crashed Samsung phone screen. Looked at the reviews on google and have chosen this shop for repair. Left the phone on Monday to collect on Tuesday. Called the shop and they told me that the phone is ready to collect. Went to collect and the phone was not in the shop, but took just over 5 minutes to wait for an engineer to bring it to the shop (for Samsung they use third party engineers). When the phone arrived it had a cracked new screen. So the shop sent it back to the engineer and the engineer repaired on the same day and dropped it at my house with freebies. So waited till next morning to let the glue dry. Next morning: the speakers didnt work, the microphone didnt work, the phone didnt charge... the sticker was left under the screen. Returned back to the shop and needed to wait another 6 hours. Repaired but the phone came with a black mark on the screen... took it as was rushing for a family short holiday and after return called the shop. Didnt like the conversation on the phone and never went back. Very disappointed as paid 75... wont recommend it and will not go to this shop.
