Took over two weeks to repair issue with laptop. Finally called to say it was ready and when we got to the shop it still wouldnt turn on at first. It turned on third time trying and they said it was fine. Next day it wont turn on at all and they refuse to refund. Useless, slow, unprofessional and rude. Avoid!
