Nilu in the office managed to squeeze me in for an appointment on the spot, which is so rare at other banks. Then booked me in for a follow up appointment, may just go with Barclays for my mortgage - she's a star and credit to the team!

One of the worst customer service.waiting 2 hours. They dont want to work.long q.waste of time .after waiting 2 hours they was saying come back tomorrow .no appointment. Simply waste

The worst bank branch!!! Im a customer since 3 years, today I needed to withdraw some money, so I took my lunch time from my job and run to this branch (they have short opening time). I was there at between at 1.40 the brunch today close at 14.00 and at 13.45 a lady came and said to me Im sorry we have 3 people on the queque you have to come tomorrow I said Im leaving london tomorrow then she said go to the Harrow branch that closer later, I said that I came in my break time and I cant go there.. she said Im sorry and put the board in front of me. Your branch close at 14.00 so you have very short time customers that work.. and if you say 14.00 you should give the possibility to come to the branch til 14.00 not till 13.30!!! Its really really bad service the worst that I ever had in banks. I will come again to close any account with ur bank.
