        This taxi companey is closing down and for sale but accept order because he wants to show the seller that he has lots of customer and turnover no services to send for customer, I ordered last week and my family was waiting for hour's in cold weather outside and waiting no taxi came me and our family called many times but they're not answering...

        Sadly, not a reliable company. Generally, when I order a cab from home, they turn up on time. Generally, when I order a cab from Heathrow, they do not. On 16th November 2022 I ordered a cab from Terminal 5 Heathrow. They messaged me 30 minutes before they were due to say a cab have been despatched as requested. 40 minutes later I called them and 10 minutes later they called me back to say that the cab would be another 60 minutes. About an hour later the cab did arrive but the delay is completely unacceptable. I will be trying the other local cab firms in future.
