Ordered a gluten free pizza via Uber eats, they failed to inform us that they cancelled the order despite it being 'in preparation' on the app. When we called to resolve this they guy on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, absolutely disgusting customer services. No wonder they have such poor ratings.

Well I ordered a pizza with no onions and no garlic... When the pizza arrived I saw the message on box, no onion, no garlic thought great. When opened the box saw onions. Rang them straight away to complain, Said they would send out another one. I have been awaiting for 1hr 40mins. Now all the other pizzas have gone cold. So I will not be ordering again. I will now find another company to order for a big event. I am being generous giving 1 star as you can't post anything without it. So I email them, and not a reply. Definitely poor customer service and don't care. Still to this day not even an apology and no acknowledgement of my email. Never order anything from this place. Still to date, this company cannot be bothered to apologise or reply.. Worse customer service. Shocking.. They can't even be bothered to reply and apologise.. There lucky to get 1 star.

If I could give 0 that wouldn't even justify the level of service received. Order a free pizza and other items cost 15 after the app stated i qualified for the free pizza. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes so called them to be told that the driver attempted to deliver but could not find the address. No one even bothered to call. The first person I spoke to apologised, reconfirmed my address and said they would send me a fresh order and issue a refund. Waited another 1 hour and 15 minutes then called again. This time the the lady I spoke to said I should have never got the free pizza and my order was cancelled. Why did no one call me for the second time. The level of customer service had been appalling as all they could do was issue a refund. No offer of compensation or a real apology for keeping a regular customer. Thank you for wasting 2.5 hours of my life.
