AVOID. Incompetent messy engineer. Made a mess out of my boiler installation. Maybe competitive rate but cuts corners, promises a lot but delivers non. Big empty van, had to go myself and buy the stuff that he was supposed to have in his big van to do the job. After pressure test there was some leek in one of the pipes, Kia did not fix it and was asking for extra money to fix it so I had to change the pipe myself. Did not instal the thermostat. Boiler pressure relief valve was not installed properly. The boiler was leaking from cold water pipe attached to it, the day after it was installed. Called Kia, he texted me that he was away for a month. Had to get another engineer to re-instal the boiler. I would not suggest him to any one. AVOID

Excellent service, very nice people. Annual gas boiler service & gas safety check (home). Simply Gas engineers were very helpful, prompt, courteous & informative. Big thanks to Maria at their office for arrangements & great info. Very confident to recommend.
