Im really happy to be a patient here. Every time I have ordered my medicine they have always asked me the relevant questions to make sure I get what I need. Super thankful. The receptionists are so friendly and always smiling. We had to wait the other day due to some issues and the lady there kept apologizing. They even sent a text to let their patients know that phone lines were downsomething they didnt have to do at all so thank you.

I previously gave this surgery a poor review due to a specific GP not carrying out an examination properly. I later deleted it as one GP is not a reflection of the whole surgery. Recently visited this surgery again and wow. The service that comes from behind the reception desk is shockingly poor.

Always had a good experience here. Helpful and patient front staff, nurses and doctors. Really blessed to be with this GP surgery.

The staff were nice to me, the specialist was rubbish, every time I see a doctor they either take my blood test and say everything is okay when it was not, I was pale and weak as a child, I was low on iron feeling sick and sleepy, all those times they just took my blood, Now that im older nearly on my 30s they keeps giving me physio when I have pain on my lower back on the left side, which I have had for 2 years. I will never step a foot at simpson house. It should just close down If the doctors can't cope with too many patients. On top the queen had to bring europeans to the uk when doctors can't handle british patients.
