        This estate agent failed to look after my property even though the collect their 8% commission every month . got the property back and it was like a crack den not only that the tenant we had an agreement with was subletting, left owing us over 10k in rent arrears, eventually we got them out and two days after turns out there was 7 arrest warrants for said tenants.. tried to claim back the deposit from this estate agent Gill,and got completely ignored and ghosted never got the deposit back felt like we were robbed again AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT AT ALL COSTS
