A fantastic martial arts club that teaches discipline and respect. Mr A has dedicated his life to Taekwondo and this comes across through his teachings. Great fitness training as well. Brilliant for all ages, with opportunities to grade and move up the belts, and compete in tournaments.

Master (sabaumnim) Stuart Anslow is a well known and competent instructor. I have gotten to know him very well over the years and can say with absolute certainty that he is a class A instructor and one of the elites among few in not only the UK, but world and would even recommend my own son to his care. He is highly regarded and recommend and has an Class A rating with the Kido Kwan, KATU, ATC, ITF and others. Director Kido Kwan, Douglas Grant, VIII DAN
