I had a cracked iPhone 6 screen changed. He told me it was genuine best quality bla bla..I was in a rush and should have known better. Immediately I had issues:
- Screen did not sit in my phone case properly and popped out on one corner.
- Colours were faded and the brightness low.
-When I changed the brightness and press the brightness slider it gets slightly brighter but still dim, BUT When I press down on the slider it's the normal brightness. As soon as I remove my finger pressure it goes dim again.
- Brightness slider moves by itself and gets darker again.
- He scratched the edge of my phone which has always been covered by a case when levering the old screen out.
3 weeks later and I have total blackout. The phone is on but screen doesn't work.. UPDATE - The phone completely died and I had to get a new one. Advise not using this vendor and going to a reputable dealer for repairs.
