        We wanted a full re-model of our 3 storey townhouse which included an extension, moving kitchens and bathrooms, knocking rooms together and creating new rooms; we had delayed doing the work as we were so nervous about undertaking large scale building work. We met a number of prospective builders but I knew as soon as I met LBS we wanted them to undertake the project. The team were professional, thorough, courteous, kept a tidy building site. Consulted with us on all the big and small detail and finished ahead of time to get us back home for Christmas. The team is highly skilled and the finish is exceptional. We thank them for all the hard work and long hours they put in pre Christmas and for giving us such a beautiful home. It appears there have been some negative reviews in the past but we had an extremely positive experience and would highly recommend.
