I went to this salon as there was no other option.. the salon I usually go to was fully booked, so this was my only option. When I got there, for my daughter's hair cut(please be aware she is 4 years old) there was only one lady, who I think was waiting for me to come. The first thing that put me off was that she was on the phone, and I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or the person she was on the phone with. The second thing was that when she was combing my daughter's hair, this lady was pulling her hair very badly..making my child cry, and even when I told the lady it was hurting her ,she wouldn't stop..I don't even think she listened to me as she was on the phone, having earphones in, talking to someone she personally knows. I understand.. there was half an hour until they closed,they may have been in a rush, but this was a 4 year old child.. I am not experienced as a hair stylist but I'm sure I would have been softer, and so would my 10 year old. Please, Sanam's do not hire anyone who is inexperienced and rude.. and parents, please do not take your children here to cut their hair. You will regret it.. This was the lady who had her hair covered. I had to stop her and take my daughter back home.. very bad experience here

I visited the parlour for waxing and a haircut. I am very disappointed with their services. For the waxing - they did a very shoddy job. Even after informing them during the process that its not done properly they were not obliging. The staff were rude on the contrary. The hair cut was even worse. She styled my hair thereafter but left it dry and frizzy. It was a nightmare. I cant wait for it to grow so I can rectify the damage. It was the worst experience ever. Go at your own risk. I just got my hair coloured for the first time here, the lady who did my hair was absolutely amazing but unfortunately Im very disappointed how my hair turned out, it just looks worse than it was tbh, she used blue shampoo to get ride of orange tones in the end and now hair looks patchy, some is blonde some part is brown and some orange, due to not having enough time she just roughly dried my hair for literally less than 5mins, I had to pick up the dryer and I did it myself Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

Top class service, very professional and helpful ladies! Always offered tea and coffee and very polite. Would definitely recommend, my hair feels great
