Wow, one of the best eggless chocolate cake I ever had. The look, the flavours and taste was just amazingly awesome.

Very rude customer service. Cancelled my order because I couldnt respond to a message during working hours. I responded in the evening and was ignored. Thankfully there are many many other lovely bakers who know how to provide great customer services and actually call the customer to get a thorough understanding of the customers needs rather than the impersonal IG message model of this business. Its a recession great customer service will be pivotal to the survival of a non essential business.

Hi, I have just had a good experience of ordering cake from M& I. This is our first time experience with them. When I made the order it was only about 3 days before my son's b'day and I was not at all sure about whether they will take my order. When I spoke to Ivo, he was so reassuring and said they could do it. I was more than happy to hear that. And they have kept their word in every possible way they could in terms of taste, visual beauty, prompt delivery,and what more you can ask for!! This is a bakery which can actually deliver what they promise. And I just can't wait for another celebration with a cake From M&I Thank you Mary and Ivo from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of my fam!! Xx

A seamless experience from start to finish with M and I bakery, couldnt be happier with the end result. The communication was fantastic throughout and I will definitely be ordering again
