        The opening times on the website need to be updated. Rowner surgery IS NOT open Saturday and Sunday 8AM to 9PM. A wasted journey....

        Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful receptionists. They are supposed to represent the surgery and its doctors, but they do an awful job of it. Actually one of the patients in the queue was more friendly and helpful to me. Bridgemary are the opposite. I recommend you try them not Rowner.

        Phone answered by a receptionist eventually, I was trying to explain my symptoms, I just got spoken over, so rude and my medical issue has not been sorted and I'm left to suffer.
