        I came in for a usual checkup, and the guy I saw was delightful.

        Ive just attended a scale and polish. Once finished, I noticed the hygienist left an unpolished part of a bottom tooth which is quite visible. I tried to raise it but the hygienist was running 10 minutes late so she quickly dismissed me and called her next patient in. Not the type of reply I was expecting considering I pay for this service and I was on time for my appointment.
