        The worst doctors in rowley can never get an appointment and can never get through to them they go on break for 2 hours the intro on the phone takes a good long 2 mins before the phone even rings sort it out or employee new staff !!!

        Absolutely disgusting service everytime I call from Jules on reception never known anything like it have been at this doctors 25 years have never experienced rudeness like this here or anywhere else seems she has a personal agenda to put the phone down on you or ensure you are not given an appointment. Awful.

        1 star is too generous for this poor excuse of a public service. I have never felt so unwanted as a patient by most of the staff there. They still keep the front door locked, I questioned why it was kept locked to be told because its our way not very welcoming for patients. The 2 best things to come out of here is Paula (the nurse) and the exit. I would recommend Paula going to work somewhere that appreciates her and the patients. Absolute shambles of a doctors!
