We needed a machine ASAP as ours broke down. I enquired via a third party website and Henry got in touch the same morning. Within 2 days the machine was purchased, delivered and running in production. Will be using them again! Very Helpful!

Bought a lathe from these people. Supposedly in great/mint condition. When it arrived across seas it turned out that the spindle was so badly banged up it looked like a child had been going at it with a hammer and punch. "normal wear and tear" according to the seller (1995 lathe). Spindle had to be reground. The bed was also scorged wich was not shown in pictures. To wrap it up there was a broken gear in the headstock that made it impossible to run the lathe on several rpms without using massive ear protection. Contacted the company about getting a new gear wich I offered to install myself (big job) but I stopped hearing from them and never got any further assistance after a while. The gear cost 2500 pounds so figures they wanted that machine out. Don't deal with them.

We purchased an XYZ Proturn lathe from jet machinery back in March and have been very pleased with both the machine and service provided. A few minor niggles were quickly sorted between Jamie and Henry following the Delivery of the machine. We will be returning for more machinery in the future. Thank you to the team.

Ive bought many machines from Jet Machinery over the years, the latest being a Colchester Triumph 2000. Very Pleased as always. Not only with the quality but the friendly honest service provided. Would Highly Recommend Jamie and the team Thanks again.
