Last week I ordered a mixed grill of 16+ ; the food was hot enough and good in taste but the delivery presentation was bad, expecting to be more professional in packing and serving . Thanks !

Had home delivery. Food arrived on time and piping hot. The food was excellent as usual.

Weve ordered from here for the past 12 years and always recommend to others. So when they recently changed the chicken tikka masala it was very bland, watery, no taste and a different colour. So when I called to ask I spoke to a very helpfully gentleman who knew what I meant and for the next 3 orders he requested to chef it was cooked the old way which is far better. So when I called today someone else answered who didnt understand what I meant put me on the phone to someone with broken English and basically told me to order from somewhere else. They were extremely rude and after 12 years of using this Indian its a very poor service. I understand ingredients/ recipes change and if they didnt want to do it the old way there is a way of explaining. Definitely wont be ordering or recommending anymore, I just hope the helpful gentleman reads this review
