New system is abysmal! Called at 8 but told at 8.50 system is at capacity call 111. I've already spoke to a Pharmacist who said get a GP appointment ASAP. This is the third time I've called and I'm deteriorating. I will be changing doctors now.

Joined these doctors abt 4 months ago still haven't been called for a routine medical been trying to get an appointment for the past 2 months but never have appointments, just called dead on 8am for an appointment for my 9 month old and apparently im number 30 in the que, waited 10mins but cant wait any longer on the phone due to doing the school run so looks like a trip to a walkin centre again

The Doctors are great but getting in touch with one is ridiculous. If you work at 8am you have to book time off just to try and get an appointment and even if you do you are 87th in the que calling at 8 on the dot. I have tried using the anima service but even this has its downfalls. I tried to give as much detail as possible and get pictures as it asked (which takes time with a toddler) I didn't realise there would be so many questions and it logged me out as I got to the last page. When I went back all the appointments had gone. I can't imagine how hard it must be for those who aren't confident with technology. Being part of this doctors just seems pointless, every time my children have a problem I have to go through 111, and it has put me off ever getting any of my own problems checked out. I know the doctors have a lot of catch up and that there are a lot of people who need the service but surely a better system needs to be addressed. 8am in the morning is not suitable for everyone and I also just hope you have a different way of booking for the elderly and those with additional needs.

Had been waiting on the phone to talk to someone and got to number 1 in the queue. To then have the phone put down on me before they even answered. No call back. Tried calling again and was back to number 6 in the queue. I am not the only one who has problems getting through to talk to a worker, let alone getting appointments.

Honestly wish you could give 0 stars. Impossible to get an appointment. They dont answer their phones and when they do they tell you to request an appointment on their website (none for 2weeks+). A while ago I complained to the NHS about their service and after someone intervened I was given a selection of appointments within a 3 day window (funny they have the space when NHS get involved!!). Receptionists that think theyre doctors and doctors that think they're retired.
