Id like to thank black country funerals for making my grandads send off truly special. I'd like to say a big thank you especially to Jack who was lovely, so supportive throughout it all, kept me informed of everything that was happening or going to happen within the funeral service. Really helpful and outstanding with customer relations and his job role and goes the extra mile for you and your family. I would highly recommend to everyone. The prices are fair, they also do packages, that are easy to understand whats included and what your paying for. Very professional service and company. Can't thank them enough, and thank you Jack for all your hard work and help along the way its greatly appreciated.
