        Poor services, lack of communication, went to pick up prescription to find out it was send to main surgery where else. People register with particular survey for a reason, easy access

        If you need repeat prescription dont sign up to this doctors as i have new inhaler on repeat prescription yet they mess it up all the time i have 2 daughters both have milk allergy and have there milk on repeat prescription 1 being 2 months old and my other 2yrs old and they constantly get it wrong i request the repeat prescription 2 weeks before they are needed and they still dont bother or get them wrong
