        Went to send a small parcel they told me it was a medium parcel and tried to charge me more. This is a parcel that I send twice a week it is less than 1kg and 10" x 9" x 6" so definitely a small parcel. They placed a self made box over it that they have obviously cut to the wrong size and said its to big so I simply went to to post office I normally use and and sent it as a small parcel. I won't be using Rowlands Gill post office again.
