Have used Electricare for many years and would highly recommended them, Im saddened to see the negative reviews as this isnt the experience weve had at all. Howard and Diane always respond to email promptly and can generally attend within the next few days. If parts are needed they price and then order asap. Lovely to deal with and very friendly!! Couldnt fault them, five stars!!

Dealing with this company has been a pretty dreadful experience with still no conclusion from them. They never return calls or respond to voicemail messages, when I did manage to get him to call out he diagnosed the issue on my warm fridge as a broken thermostat. After months of waiting due to "his supplier unable to source parts due to covid etc" I decided to order the part myself from espares, it arrived 2 days later?? When after numerous phone calls he eventually called out to fit the part he told me it was sorted. The issue still remained with the fridge not cooling and he has to date never returned my calls. I decided to arrange for another company to call out who informed me that the fridge was unrepairable and the thermostat was not the issue. I have since had to purchase a new fridge freezer, something I could have done 5 months ago had the problem been correctly diagnosed in the first place. I do not recommend this company.

Do not use this company. Came out to look at my dishwasher and identified the fault straight away from my description of the issues I was experiencing rather than actually looking at the machine. This was fine as he seemed pretty confident with what the problem was and what part needed replacing. This was a Friday and he said hed get back to me by no later than Monday about a price for the part needed and cost of instalment etc. By the following Wednesday I had heard nothing so I rang the company and this time spoke to his wife who took my details again and said she would have a look into it and get back to me with a price that afternoon. Many days later and still no response, so I rang again. I spoke to the original guy this time who offered no apology or explanation other than his wife was very forgetful and hadnt passed the message onto him and he would get back to me that same day about a price when he had finished the job he was currently on. Nearly a week later and still no response. I rang again a few times but no one answered. I left a voicemail explaining the situation once again and left my number asking them to call me back and they still have not. Complete waste of time. If they couldnt fulfil the job, source the part, whatever the excuse was, they simply just had to say that from the start and I would have gone to another company instead.
