Installation of a re-claimed fireplace: From the first initial enquiry communication with Claire was clear and very helpful allowing us to book this work in with confidence. Installation and the finished product are also excellent- Calvin was very tidy and completed the work expertly - it looks great! Would have no hesitation in using Ignite again.

We are thoroughly chuffed with the skilful work resulting in us having a modern, approved and efficient woodburning stove now fitted in our living room! No more cold evenings sitting under blankets! From the initial on-site visit by Calvin, the on-going detailed communications with Claire, to the installation and test-firing by Calvin and Louie, we have been delighted by the whole process. Calvin's calm practical, professional ways and Claire's thorough and patient email responses to our questions were especially pleasing. Really great service, were quick to help with all steps of the process and also fit in before Xmas, which was much appreciated and has made such a difference to our home. The recommended stove was a good price and seems to be extremely efficient. Thank you!
