I genuinely wish that I could give minus stars when writing about my overall service provided by this garage. Sadly I took my vehicle to them for the replacement of tie rods and after getting the car back I couldn't help noticing that something was going on with my steering angle sensor, their comment was that this is something which needs to be replaced. Fair enough..I thought, few days later I went back to them for the second test of the MOT as my hand brake wasn't strong enough. Here is the kicker, I told them explicitly when handing over my keys that I have new handbrake shoes in the car which I wanted them to fit prior to the second test..no biggy right? Hmm.. after I arrived I paid politely ca 149 for the labour cost of getting my brake shoes fitted and drove off as my vehicle has passed the test, no advisories at all! Few hours later I parked my car on slightly slooping road and realised to my horror that the vehicle was moving forward whilst the handbrake was pulled. Went back to speak with them about my concerns and was simply told that I could come back if I wanted but I would have to pay again for the same service as I had already paid for. I honestly cannot explain how disappointed I am as they passed my vehicle whilst the handbrake is as weak as ever and I was told to pay additional 150 in order to get that ratified. Dropped Car off for an MOT . 3-10 pm Thursday. Apparently failed due to a number of issues. one of which was a seat belt. Enquired as to the total cost to repair and issue a new MOT certificate. Expecting the work to be done the next day which is my usual experience with my regular garage . Was told that they would come back with a price later but couldn't do any remedial work until the middle of the following week. Nothing heard no contact. So e-mailed a photograph to my regular garage of the apparent Seat belt issue which I suspected was not a failure. Anyway they confirmed that it would be a strong advisory but not a failure. So now we have been without the car for a further week and wasted the original test fee with Tracts. I would recommend that you avoid this garage based on our experience of poor customer service .

An awful experience from start to finish that ended up with me getting rid of the vehicle as I had no faith in it working properly again. An expensive and late clutch replacement that didn't actually make any difference leading to days of hire vans waiting for it to be put right. When we got the call to say it was ready another large bill was presented but after a long conversation taken back only for the van to still have the same fault anyway!
