        Customer service is horrible! Purchased Special Effect Human Hair Top Piece Raquel Welch UK Collection on 5th of June, few times emailed to ask info about my order, was no answer and on 9th of June order been cancelled and price gone up twice! Avoid, as customer service not responding.

I am so happy with my new wig and everyone has complimented me on how stunning and real it looks. I would highly recommend Pure Wigs.

        Lynne was amazing at helping me choose a suitable wig of the right colour and style - I didnt realise their was a full salon and professional hair team at Pure Wigs. If youre unsure about using Pure Wigs, please dont be! They offer a huge range of wigs and make custom pieces, working to COVID guidelines.

        This company is a Scam! I got their three wig special. They had no lace, the hair was shiny and fake and the hair fell out all over the floor the minute I opened the package.
