        As a new customer, I felt extremely comfortable. I had a private consultation room where I could try on several hair enhancers (toppers). Initially, Eloise helped with my coming to a decision on whether this was a good colour for me. Lynne then cut my new hair piece. I had complete confidence in her and I came away with knowledge on caring for my own hair as well as my new hair. The biggest thing I came away with was a smile. Thank you to you all. I often turn up with an open mind about how I want my hair to look, and I fully trust that Toni can interpret my ideas in her own way. She gave great guidance and honest opinion on the sort of style and hair cut she could deliver, and has not disappointed. I left the salon feeling great, with a new do that I am proud to flaunt!
