        Food & drinks: We had the most fabulous sunday roast, starters were spicy fishcakes that we rated best ever, roast beef cooked to your preference with tasty roast potatoes home made Yorkshire puds vegetables galore all served with a friendly smile staff very attentive and i was spoilt with specially served wine...so pleased we found this total gem, 5

        After being outside in the hail and thunderstorms all afternoon, we had the warmest welcome at the George and Dragon! We were invited in earlier than our booking to sit next to the fire and have a drink and some warm crusty bread (delicious!) - cannot fault the service and it was incredibly appreciated. The food was amazing in general; the fish was all perfectly cooked and you could tell it was high quality. We will definitely visit again; it's well worth the journey from South Wales!
