Trust IN Building Services, Builder & Roofer

this company took 1500 deposit 10 11 2021 and thats the last I seen of them and my money they left scaffolding up for over a year and have now disapeared so dont trust in this builder

As per the previous review we handed over the money for a leaking roof which needed an emergency repair on the 21st october. The quote kept changing and increasing. Failed to give us any invoice to send to the insurance company. 5 weeks on and we still haven't had it fully repaired despite numerous communications and asking for our money back. very prompt to collect his money but never does the job. Asked for a 2nd opinion from another builder who confimed that we have been ripped off and no further work was necessary. The scaffolding still hasn't been paid for so god knows when it will taken down. diappointed and will be making as many complaints about this company as possible. This is not how to treat people!

I had an extension roof that needs removal to determine why it was leaking water. I had seen the work of Trust-in at a neighbouring property and I felt that they were doing a good job, so I employed their services. I do not regret that for one minute. Their knowledge of the job, their attention to detail, their dedication to ensure that my house remained water tight. All of this and for a very reasonable price. I ended up asking them to sort the brick pointing out on the side of the house, which was in a pretty bad state. They moved straight into this work once the rook was complete and worked the entire weekend to finish. They also conducted other repairs with spare materials AND pressure washed the entire drive to remove all traces of dirt and dust. The place look awesome! As for the pointing, it looks fantastic, with the bricks nicely cleaned and a huge attention to the detailing. Once again the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and I have plans to invite them back for further work in the near future.

I was recommended Chris by my brother for chimney flashing and leak repairs, while assessing the job he recommended that the ridge tiles needed re-bedding. Two days later one of the ridge tiles had been blown off in high winds, needless to say Chris was invited back to do the repair. Not only did Chris and Carlos repair the flashing and re-bed the ridge tiles, but they completely repointed the whole chimney and thoroughly cleaned the roof. The entire place was left perfectly clean and tidy. A very good job at a reasonable price.

Trust In were recommended to me by a friend when my porch roof started leaking. I was pleasantly surprised that Chris treated this as a priority job and came to me sooner than I expected. He repaired the roof and replaced the leaky guttering and downpipe that had caused it, even retaining and strengthening the period correct fittings on my 170 year old house. I have asked for a quote for further work. I'll update this review in due course.
