        The number on here is not the right number. DO NOT CALL this number - it goes to a house phone please get it changed as the resident is getting called constantly by your clients!!

        Useless company. Bought few items of them through amazon, didnt get tracking number even after amazon manager asked them to provide,nobody's picking up the phone. AVOID

        Purchased a HP Envy5540 printer which was faulty from Digimedia UK via Amazon, contacted them to sort the problem out, no help what so ever, they told me to get in touch with the manufacturer, !! but I bought the goods of you !!, got in touch with HP they sent out a REFURBISHED printer, not a new one like I had just purchased and that was faulty as well, got back on to Digimedia and they don't want to know!! fantastic customer service I don't think, got bank in touch with Amazon and they don't want to know either, telling me to contact the manufacturer, so now going to get a charge back via my credit card company; give these a BIG miss, they take your money and run
