We used decode IT support to write us an application that extracted information from our MRP system and sent it to our transport company at set intervals throughout the day. Automating a time consuming process freed up time for our warehouse manager to concentrate on other things and also meant our transport company received information earlier. As a result they could plan our logistics more economically, leading to a 11% or approx. 220,000 saving on our annual transport spend. decode IT understood our requirements despite our inability to explain them in "tech speak" and they delivered a finished application that has exceeded our expectations, whilst working to a challenging deadline.

Geoff and the team have provided an excellent service to us since joining our team a couple of years ago. We moved IT supplier which is a big step as we have confidential information and rely so heavily on our IT system. Geoff is extremely trustworthy and technically very competent. He made some gradual improvements (after having consulted with us on his strategy), meaning our system is vastly improved and we are backed up to deal with any potential issues. Decode provide a very prompt help-desk service where queries are logged and resolved almost immediately. They are very concious not to disrupt the business when work / improvements need doing.
